Synopsis:
Ji Chun, smart and genius in mathematics came from fisherman family. Kong Ling Yi is daughter from wealth family. The first time they met, Ji Chun suffered because of Ling Yi who deliberately made things difficult for him in every possible way. During the college enroll test, Ji Chun set Ling Yi up so she failed the test. She resented him and planned to take revenge. Ling Yi’s boyfriend, Cheng Zi Bu, and her best friend, Yuan Pei Zhu, had an affair. To take revenge over her boy friend’s affair, Ling Yi plotted to groom the naïve Ji Chun to become a charming prince.
Ji Chun’s fiancé, Ju Fen come to Shang Hai after she heard from her mom that Ji Chun’s mom reject her as Ji Chun’s fiancé since Ji Chun come to Shang Hai. But unfortunately she get robbed and hit by Chen Jian Ting’s car while she chased the robber. Chen Jian Ting bring her to hospital and take care her while she in coma.
Finally, Ji Chun agreed to accompany Ling Yi at the college party with one condition that Ling Yi won’t disturb him anymore but unfortunately Cheng Zi Bu come to the party with Ju Fen who already wake up but still had little amnesia. Ji Chun decided to take her away from Zi Bu and Ling Yi. Ling Yi tried every way to separate Ji Chun and Ju Fen and Ji Chun’s mom help her to win Ji Chun’s heart. Ling Yi’s dad did not agree Ling Yi together with Ji Chun. He asked his man to follows Ling Yi wherever she goes but Ling Yi escaped with Ji Chun. Ling Yi’s father mad with them and asked the college to kicked out Ji Chun from the school.
Ji Chun finally decided to come home and marry Ju Fen. Suddenly, Ling Yi rushed in to wreck the wedding ceremony. Ju Fen decided to end her life by committing suicide, but failed. Her mom revealed the secret that Ju Fen and Ling Yi are actually sisters. The hurting Ju Fen went to Shanghai with Feng Jian Sheng, Ji Chun’s best friend.
Ji Chun and Ling Yi back to Shanghai and live together but Ling Yi still live with her lifestyle. Meanwhile, Ji Chun worked as advertising man. In economic crisis, Ling Yi and Ji Chun go to casino and win some money using Ji Chun’s innate skill in mathematics. A prosperous stock broker Chen Jian Ting, the owner of the casino had challenge him to prove that he didn’t do a trick while his won the money. His intelligent eyes knew a pearl when he saw one. He had planned to introduce Ji Chun to the turbulent securities and stock market and wanted to groom him to become his successor.
Ling Yi finally understand how to love Ji Chun and she decided to separate from Ji Chun in shake for Ji Chun’s future. Ji Chun becomes angry with her. While Ju Fen knows that Ji Chun broke up with Ling Yi, she come to stayed with Ji Chun and hope Ji Chun will be her again. At the mathematics competition, Ling Yi tried to help Ji Chun to regain his place as college student by push him to join the competition indirectly. After win the competition, the headmaster told Ji Chun that the person behind this actually is Ling Yi. When he knows the truth he run to find Ling Yi and Ju Fen saw the scene while Ji Chun hugged Ling Yi. With the anger Ju Fen run off from the house that she stayed with Ji Chun and Ji Chun’s mom to Chen Jian Ting’s office and beg him to give her a job.
Ji Chun abandoned school and joined Chen Jian Ting stock company when Ling Yi’s dad still not accept him and insult him. He became very successful and wealthy. Kong family was betrayed by an insider, Ling Yi became really poor. On one side, she had to take care her sick father, on the other side; she had to face the bankrupt Kong Company. Chen Jian Ting took the opportunity to take over Kong Company.

Said I’m bias but I don’t care hehehe….I like the story. It’s very entertaining and would keep you want to continue to watched it until finished. I can say it a good story. The pace of story really fast and not dragging at all and you won’t feel bored :p I like the songs too…it’s really nice song and it’s already attached to my ear since I heard it at the first time especially the ending song. After watched this series I turned again to Ming Dao, it’s been so long that I never seen him anymore since at Angel Lover. I still waiting to got his others series which called Ying Ye San Jia Yi. His style at here remind me with his style as Dang Oh and Shang Jun Hao at Prince Turn to Frog. He still looks cute and charming. The chemistry between him and Li Man are quite good. I like the romance between them. I like some scenes especially when he purposed but got rejected and when he crying after he read the letter from the one he loved. The scene when he play a song with shell on his boat house at his hometown to revealed what his feel at that moment are really touching. He tried to give his bless to woman he loved.
Arghhh…I missed him already and planned to re-watched it again hehehe…:p
